MEET KEVIN BENNETT | OWNER & INSPECTOR
Kevin Bennett is a full-time, Florida-licensed home inspector based in Tampa. He earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration from Saint Leo University, graduating with high honors, and also attended the University of Louisville on an athletic scholarship to play baseball.
Prior to becoming a licensed property inspector, Kevin was a licensed General Contractor in Oregon and the British West Indies, where he was based in Grand Cayman. He brings more than 15 years of residential and commercial construction experience in the United States and internationally. Throughout his construction career, Kevin built hundreds of residential and commercial properties, including multi-million-dollar low- and mid-rise residential condominiums, custom homes, extensive residential remodeling and addition projects, and more than 100 industrial and commercial buildings from the ground up.
This hands-on construction experience provides Kevin with a distinct advantage when inspecting residential and commercial properties. His background gives him a practical understanding of building design, construction methods, maintenance, and repairs, as well as how individual components work together as part of the overall building system. This experience also allows him to clearly communicate his findings and help clients better understand the condition and operation of their property.
Kevin approaches every inspection with the same attention to detail and care he would expect if he were evaluating the property for himself.
