Kevin lives in Tampa, FL and is a full-time, highly motivated, State of Florida licensed and exam certified residential and commercial property inspector. Kevin possesses a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration from Saint Leo University where he graduated with high honors. Kevin also attended the University of Louisville on an athletic scholarship to play baseball.
Prior to becoming a certified licensed home inspector, Kevin was a licensed General Contractor in Oregon and the British West Indies based out of Grand Cayman. Kevin possesses over 15 years of experience in residential and commercial construction both in the United States and internationally. Kevin has built hundreds of commercial and residential properties, including multi-million dollar low and mid- rise residential condominiums, numerous custom homes, extensive residential remodeling and addition projects, and over 100 industrial and commercial buildings from the ground up.
